Bottle Probe:
The unit accurately measure the tempreture of wine in the cellar using a liquide tempreture measuring probe.
Measuring the temperature of a liquide is a more direct and accurate reflection of the temperature of the wines stored in the cellar than measuring the ambient cellar air.
